The Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism in Communication and Media is offered by John Brown University.

The Photojournalism major combines two aspects of journalism to prepare students for work after graduation. These students will learn valuable oral, written, digital editing, and photographic skills that they can use in a variety of jobs. Classes in both photography and news writing expose students to an assortment of topics ranging from social documentaries to diversity in the media.

Hands-on experiences with the school newspaper and an internship give students practical skills and tools they can use throughout their career. Students will leave this program empowered to tell the stories of their communities by using strong visuals and bold words.
